Taylor Swift Wraps Eras Tour in Canada

It's official: pop sensation Taylor Swift has finally concluded "The Eras Tour".

As of December 8th, the iconic, record-breaking "Eras Tour" concluded in Vancouver, Canada at the BC Place Stadium. Swift has been touring for a long time, debuting the show in Glendale, Arizona in March of 2023 and wrapping in the first week of December 2024. Between the show's start and end dates, Swift has been busy, re-releasing two of her albums ("Speak Now", "1989") and adding yet another original album to her discography mid-tour ("The Tortured Poets Department").

Hosting a myriad of talented opening acts (Paramore, Beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, Girl In Red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, OWENN, Sabrina Carpenter) Swift put on a show amongst some of the largest up and coming (or for some, already established) musicians in the industry, often bringing out special guests to surprise fans.

Among the appearances included Marcus Mumford (Mumford and Sons), Aaron Dessner (known for his work on Swift's "folklore", "evermore", "Midnights" and "The Tortured Poets Department), Ice Spice (featured on Swift's "Karma"), country singer Maren Morris (featured on Swift's "You All Over Me"), actors Joey King ("The Kissing Booth") and Taylor Lautner (the "Twilight" franchise), as well as her producer, Jack Antonoff, and her boyfriend, Kansas Chiefs player Travis Kelce.

The final night of the eras tour occured in Vancouver, Canada, with Swift performing a special rendition of "Long Live" during the surprise song set, changing the lyrics from "It was the end of a decade, but the start of an age" to "It was the end of an era, but the start of an age". What a poetic way to conclude a monumental show.

On December 11, Swift took to social media to commemorate her time on the road, posting a carousel of images from the last show with the caption "It was rare. I was there. I remember it".
